Depending on the accepted quotation, the plan can combine China collection, export handling, international freight, customs coordination, stated duties or additional taxes, destination handling, and final delivery. A one-price description never replaces the written list of inclusions.

Manage agreed customs examination and destination exceptions
When expressly included, the scope may cover customs examination coordination, opening or devanning, examination-site handling, storage, demurrage, detention, extended container use, or additional duty and tax treatment stated in the accepted plan.
- Document response and coordination with the responsible broker or provider
- Review of the event against the confirmed quotation and agreed service terms
- Continued communication through release or the next authorized disposition
Continue through return, disposal, or re-export when quoted
A reviewed exception plan may include return coordination, supervised disposal coordination, or re-export handling when those categories are expressly accepted. Authorities, carriers, and qualified professionals retain their own decision-making roles.

Protection depends on honest, compliant cargo facts
Protection does not apply to concealed prohibited or dangerous goods, undeclared chemical goods or liquid cargo, false or incomplete documents, product misdescription, hidden battery or sensitive attributes, infringement, intentional undervaluation, misdeclaration, or other facts outside the cargo and service scope approved before shipment.
- Accurate commodity, value, origin, material, use, packaging, and battery information is required
- Cargo or route changes require a new review and written confirmation
- No service can remove an importer's legal duties or promise customs release
